Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, delivery times may range from 1 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery location and region. Delivery is available even on weekends and holidays; however, delivery timelines might vary based on logistical constraints or regional holidays.
  • Peak Periods: During peak order periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will promptly inform you via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. Lost or Stolen Packages

404Gamers.Store assumes no responsibility for packages lost or stolen after the courier marks them as “Delivered”.

  • If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, please check around your property or with neighbors.
  • If the package cannot be located, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier or reporting the incident to local authorities.
  • For additional protection, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout, covering lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy for Shipped Items

We offer a 7-day return window for most items, with the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within7 days of receipt.
  • Condition of Items: Returned products must be unopened,unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories intact. Items showing use, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

Shipping Insurance and Packaging Safety

We prioritize the safety of your gaming gear during transit. To ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition, we adhere to the highest packaging standards:

  • Small Accessories: Accessories like controllers, cables, and headsets are packed using triple-layer corrugated packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Larger Items: Consoles and larger gaming equipment are packaged in five-layer corrugated boxes, providing robust protection against impacts.
  • Customized Protection: Where standard packaging isn’t available, we use bubble wrap and additional layers of protection to ensure your items are shielded from damage.
  • Shipping Insurance: For extra peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance covers damage or loss that occurs during transit, ensuring that you are fully protected.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the following options:

  • Partial Shipment: If other items in your order are in stock, we will proceed with dispatching those items immediately. The remaining out-of-stock items will be shipped once they are restocked.
  • Back order or Refund: You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked or request a refund for the out-of-stock product. Refunds for out-of-stock items will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the request.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries
