If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Certain restrictions apply (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

Return Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or other issues covered by warranty.
  2. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional items that were part of the original purchase.
  3. Product Condition: The item must be in like-new condition, with no visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse. Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt, must be provided for all returns. For defective items, a detailed explanation of the issue should be provided.
  5. Refund Exclusions: Refunds will be for the product value only, and will not include shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error by 404Gamers.Store.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable unless found to be defective upon delivery or shipped in error:

  1. Opened or Used Gaming Accessories: This includes controllers, headsets, keyboards, mice, and other items that require software registration or activation codes.
  2. Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Items like in-ear headsets and VR headsets with facial interfaces cannot be returned if opened.
  3. Customized or Modified Products: Customized accessories such as controller grips, skins, or modded controllers cannot be returned.
  4. Software and Digital Products: Game codes, downloadable content (DLC), and software licenses are not eligible for return or refund.
  5. Altered Serial Numbers: Items with missing, tampered, or altered serial numbers will not be accepted for return.
  6. Open Box Products: Open box products are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, though they are guaranteed to be functional.
  7. Used Gaming Furniture: Gaming chairs, desks, or ergonomic furniture that show signs of wear and tear or have been assembled are not eligible for return.
  8. Physical Damage: Any item that has been physically damaged or altered by the customer cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Once the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  3. Secure Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for damages incurred during the return shipment.
  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. For such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  1. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange a product, the following conditions apply:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are available within the 7-day return window and are subject to the same conditions as returns (i.e., the item must be in its original condition and packaging).
  2. Product Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you may opt for a different product of equal or lesser value or wait for restocking.
  3. Price Differences: If the exchange is for a product of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. For exchanges for higher-value items, the additional payment must be made before the exchange is processed.
  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the original item was defective or incorrect.
