Welcome to 404Gamers.store! These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your online purchases from our website (the “Site”). By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Suhavi Electronics (d/b/a 404Gamers), the owner and operator of the Site, regarding your online purchases. No other terms or conditions, whether included in any other document(s), shall apply.
Acceptance: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. 404Gamers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Pricing: We strive to provide accurate product information and pricing. However, due to market fluctuations, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all information on the Site. Please refer to our separate Site Terms of Use for detailed pricing policies.
- Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MRP): We display the MRP as a reference point. We often offer products below the MRP, and sales may not always occur at the MRP. It serves as a baseline for comparison with other retailers’ pricing strategies.
- Changes in MRP: Manufacturers may adjust their MRP without notice. We update the MRP periodically, but please contact the manufacturer for the most current information.
- House Brands: The MRP for our house or private label brands is internally calculated based on comparable products. We often sell these products below the MRP.
Shipping Charges & Taxes: Shipping and handling charges are clearly displayed during checkout. Orders typically ship within 0-3 business days for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We may require additional verification for initial orders or orders shipping to alternate addresses. We reserve the right to make partial shipments.
Title & Risk of Loss: All purchased products become your property upon delivery to the carrier. You assume the risk of loss for any items damaged or lost during shipping.
To return a product:

- All returns require authorization.
- Once authorized, ship the product back within 7 days of contacting us.
Return Instructions:
- Pack the product securely in its original condition to prevent damage during return shipment.

Refunds:
We will initiate a refund upon receiving the returned package at our New Delhi return processing center. The refund amount will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned shipment, following banking and payment gateway regulations.

Applicable Law & Resale: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India. You confirm that you are purchasing for personal use only and not for resale or export.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any legal action arising from this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the state or district courts of Delhi. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
